CHELMSFORD men’s team lost 3-2 to City of Peterborough in East Prem A.
The Peterborough visitors took a two-goal lead but Vas Veera reduced the deficit for Chelmsford.
Mike Millane equalised to make it 2-2 at half-time but the visitors scored the winner in the second half.
Chelmsford’s men’s third team were missing several key players for their trip to Upminster in East 4SE but came away with a 1-0 win thanks to Matt Ross’ first half goal.
The loss of midfielder Rob Heal to a broken collar bone hit Chelmsford’s men’s fifth team as they lost 3-2 to Witham in East 7SE.
Alan Boddy and Dan Burch put Chelmsford 2-0 up but Witham hit back with three goals, the last a late field goal, to secure the win.
