CHELMSFORD Swimming Club have two Eastern Region champions after golds for Gus Veasey and Harry McLagan in ASA regional long course championships.
Nineteen-year-old Veasey took the honours in the 400m individual medley at the youth championships in Luton and also won a bronze in the 200m IM.
And 12-year-old club-mate McLagan won the age group 200m freestyle final at Norwich.
He also won a 100m freestyle silver in a personal best 1:04.02 and a bronze in the 50m free.
Other Chelmsford medalists, silver: Annabelle Kitching 400m IM, Owen Vaughan 1,500 free, Ryan Kelly 1500m free, Sam Perks 400m IM. Bronze: Annabelle Kitching 400m free, Owen Vaughan 200m IM & 400m IM, Sam Perks 200m butterfly & 200m backstroke.
