BOREHAM continue to play good football and get the results they need to end as champions.
They beat Crondon Hall Stars 7-1 with coach Adam Dale, Jay Dale and Paul Ansell getting a goal each, Richard Joughin and Aaron Gothard scored two each. Crondon’s goal was scored by Phil Wheaton on his return from injury.
Hot on Boreham’s heels are Maldon & Tiptree. Maldon played Astech Warriors and scored an amazing nine goals in a 9-1 victory.
Deadly Dave Williams led the line and scored four goals, Joe Ilett, brother of coach Tom, helped himself to a brace and Ross Champion scored a great hat trick. Astech's goal came from Reece Perry.
Mayland Village beat Gallow United in a close game 2-1, Tom Horscroft had given Gallow the half time lead, Mayland scored two quick goals in the second half to take the points. Bridge Street Hearts and Writtle Manor played out a rare 0-0.
