The result of an early pitch inspection at the Miles Smith Stadium has left Braintree Town with another Saturday off.
The Iron had been due to host Macclesfield Town in the Vanarama Conference Premier at 3pm, but wintry weather meant an early call-off of the game.
An inspection was made early on Saturday morning so the Silkmen would not have a wasted journey and showed that the playing surface was frozen.
It is the second Saturday in a row that Braintree have been left without any weekend action after their game against Ebbsfleet was postponed last Saturday due to a waterlogged Miles Smith Stadium pitch.
The Macclesfield game will be rearranged for a later date and Braintree's next scheduled fixture will now be their FA Trophy third round replay at Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday.
