CHELMSFORD Chieftains remain on course to secure a winning quartet of silverware this season.

Following a 4-4 draw in their NIHL Division One South semi-final play-off at Streatham Redskins, the Chieftains won 6-2 at the Riverside in the second leg on Sunday for a 10-6 aggregate victory.

The treble-winning Chelmsford team will take on Wightlink Raiders this weekend in a two-legged final.

They travel to the Isle of Wight on Saturday before hosting the second leg at the Riverside on Sunday, with a 6.30pm face-off.

Grant Bartlett led the scoring in the first leg with two goals. Cameron Bartlett and Danny Hammond also scored.

Jaraj Huska scored a brace in the second leg, with Billy Phillips, James Ayling, Anthony Leone and Oleg Lascenko also on target.

The Chelmsford Warriors defeated Peterborough Islanders 3-2 in the final of the NIHL Division Two Cup at the Alexandra Palace in London on Sunday to complete a league and cup double.
