ESSEX County Cricket Club have renewed their sponsorship deal with insurance company Amlin.
The firm will continue as the county’s main sponsor for a least the next three years.
Amlin’s sponsorship covers Essex’s first team in the County Championship, plus the club’s youth, women’s and disabled teams.
!I am naturally pleased that Amlin are continuing their sponsorship of the club,” said Essex chief executive Derek Bowden.
“Their support has been invaluable for a number of years and we are very lucky to have a world class company working with us.”
Former Essex player Ronnie Irani, who is chairman of the club’s cricket committee, said Amlin’s support can help bring youngsters through the Essex academy and attract overseas stars.
