A LEADING outdoor fitness organisation has revealed its latest scheme to help introduce shy people to fitness in Chelmsford.

British Military Fitness, which operates UK-wide, is promising free introductory group fitness sessions in Admirals Park, Admirals Walk.

The hour long sessions will take place on the first Saturday of every month, with the first kicking off on Saturday June 11.

British Military Fitness managing director Harry Sowerby, said: “BMF is all about people coming together and having fun, whilst getting fit and improving their lifestyles at the same time - you don’t need to be super-fit to join our ranks.”

“Each session is varied to keep both the body and mind motivated and the workouts are designed to improve your stamina, speed, agility and strength in a fun and interesting way.”

“We understanding if you are new or returning to exercise, it can be scary and we really want to motivate those who perhaps wouldn’t usually consider a group exercise class to come down to the parks and see what we are all about.”
