IF you are a grown up who is unafraid to dance, then get ready for this month's Middle Age Spread House Party at the Spread Mansion.
Said Spread Mansion is also known as Chalkwell Hall, the Georgian house situated in centre of Chalkwell Park, Westcliff.
MAS DJ Daryl 'The Very Rev' Easlea, said: “At our past two nights here, people have said that it’s just like partying in a grand house - which it is - so we’re embracing it fully!
"Our full spread of superb tunes guaranteed, we are so looking forward to playing together again.”
For the uninitiated, Middle Age Spread describes itself as a "grown-up disco for those unafraid to dance, where DJs of a certain age play the very best in eclectic party and dance.
"It's a leftfield wedding disco, if you will, with a wry smile and a very happy heart.
"Expect to hear everything from the Smiths to Shirley Bassey, Northern Soul to Southern Jazz Funk, Sam and Dave to Eno 'n' Dave."
The MAS DJs (pictured from left to right) are Curly Dan Newman, Grandmaster Adam, the Very Rev Daryl Easlea and Beardy Al Johnson.
Expect lasers and smoke.
Tickets are £10 available from Fives Records in the Broadway, Leigh, or from the-middle-age-spread.co.uk
