Writtle University College’s Further Education students have collected their certificates and celebrated their educational achievements.
Three ceremonies were held at All Saints Church, Writtle, on Friday, to present the awards to the Agriculture, Art & Design, Floristry, Horticulture, Sport, Animal Studies and Equine students.
International students on the Floristry degree were also given their awards at an early graduation ceremony before they head home.
Vice-Chancellor of Writtle University College Professor Tim Middleton congratulated students on their achievements in a year that saw the University College again rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted.
There has also been a 20% rise in acceptances onto Further Education courses starting in September.
