Emergency services have descended on a multi-storey car park in Chelmsford.
Police officers and the ambulance service have surrounded the High Chelmer car park in the town centre.
Paramedics have been seen treating a person, but it is not clear at this stage what injuries they have suffered and what caused the incident.
An air ambulance has landed, and police have blocked off roads in the area.
