Flights out of London Stansted Airport are at risk of being delayed or cancelled because of an air traffic control strike in France.
Passengers are being advised to check their itineraries and flight status with their airline before travelling today, September 12.
A total of eight flights to Bordeaux, Bergerac, Barcelona, Carcassonne, Murcia, Nice, Toulouse and Munich have already been cancelled.
A notice on the Airport's Twitter page said: "Due to an air traffic control flight in France on 12th September 2017 flight delays and cancellations are to be expected.
"As a result, passengers are advised to check their travel itinerary and flight status with their airline before arriving at London Stansted Airport.
"As further disruptions are likely, we encourage our passengers to please monitor their airlines' notices which will be updated throughout the day."
