Plans - the site
PLANS for five new homes at a garage site have been given the go ahead by the city council.
The development at Roadstar Tyre Exhaust Centre, New Writtle Street, Chelmsford has been agreed by Chelmsford City Council.
The plans include one two bedroom home, three three bedroom homes and one four bedroom home.
