CANDIDATES standing in the general election for Chelmsford will be meeting potential voters at a hustings event.
The event will take place at Anglia Ruskin University’s Chelmsford campus on Wednesday May 24.
The universities students’ union will be hosting the event from 5.30pm until 8pm in the Marconi building.
It is open to members of the public, as well as students and staff and will offer residents the chance to quiz the candidates.
The candidates taking part include Vicky Ford, Conservative, Chris Vince, Labour, Stephen Robinson, Liberal Democrat, and Reza Hossain, Green Party.
Tickets are free, but must be booked in advance.
