ANGLIA Ruskin University will provide expert advice to students unsure of their future following the release of A-Level results.

The Chelmsford Clearing Centre will be open from 7am on Thursday August 18, where academics and admissions staff will be on hand to talk over options.

The clearing hotline is already open.

BTEC students can discuss options from 7am until 8pm on 01245 686868 until Sunday September 25.

Professor Lesley Dobree, deputy vice chancellor at Anglia Ruskin University, said: “Clearing is a time to take stock of all the options available to you and choose carefully.

"We invite all prospective students, whether they are receiving A-Level results or have made a late decision to attend university, to listen to the advice from our qualified staff.

“Our academics and Professors will also be manning phone lines and available to discuss their courses at our Clearing centres.

“Despite the recent referendum result, the status of EU students currently remains the same."

She added European students all welcome to apply despite Brexit.
