POLICE are continuing to question two people in connection with the murder of Brian Hurry in Chelmsford.
Mr Hurry was found dead at his home in Bramwoods Road shortly after 5pm on Saturday, June 18.
A 43-year-old man, 41-year-old woman and 24-year-old man, all from Chelmsford, were arrested on suspicion of murder.
The 43-year-old man has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until September 19.
The other two remain in custody this afternoon.
A post-mortem examination is taking place to establish the cause of the 78-year-old’s death.
