A young Chelmsford woman has realised a dream by launching her own travel agents at the tender age of just 21.

Emily Trumble, of Magnolia Close, in Chelmsford, has always wanted to own her own travel agents and has now celebrated the launch of her company at a glitzy launch at The Slug and Lettuce in Chelmsford.

Emily, who has an office set up at home, said: "It has always been a dream of mine to own my own travel agents.

"We started setting this up in May so it has taken a while to get to where we are but now we can finally say we are in a position to sell a holiday.

"It's a dream come true.

"I started off when I left school as an apprentice for Thomas Cook and have worked in travel ever since.

"I have worked for travel companies in the past including Ocean Florida, Best at Travel and Thomas Cook.

"I left the industry in March this year to start up myself, I was working in bars in the evenings to help me fund the business whilst setting up during the day.

"I always wanted to own my own business before I was 25 and I'm delighted to say I've been able to do that four years earlier than expected."
