Baddow Road has now reopened after police closed it to conduct searches in relation to the murder of Ladi Benson.
Westcliff shop owner Ladi, who grew up in Chelmsford and lived in Colchester, died in Broomfield Hospital on November 10 after being stabbed during an altercation in Baddow Road.
The road was closed Baddow Road between the Army and Navy roundabout and Beehive Lane in Chelmsford but is now open.
A fifth person, a 16-year-old boy, was arrested this morning in connection with the murder.
