Youngsters got creative at Kiddi Caru day nursery with a week of fundraising fun in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support's Jeans for Genes campaign.
Their Macmillan coffee morning saw the children bringing in cakes to sell, with the staff also baking some delicious sweet treats to add to the cake stall.
For Jeans for Genes day the children decorated jeans to make their own fashion creations and also gave gingerbread men some jeans using blue icing.
Jennie Gregory, Nursery Manager, said: “It’s so lovely because the children are always very enthusiastic about getting involved in fundraising activities, they really do like having the chance to do something to help others.
"We have a wonderful time doing various activities in aid of Jeans for Genes and Macmillan and so far have raised nearly £90 in donations, which all the children are very proud of.”
Kiddi Caru’s Writtle day nurseries provide premium quality childcare for children aged 0 – 5 years.
