A giant inflatable yeti has set up home for the summer in the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre.
The 15 metre long inflatable will be available for children to climb on, slide off and jump on during the Pool Fun sessions every Wednesday morning during the Summer Holidays.
They will be held between 9am and 11am as well as being available for pool parties.
Mitchell Grant, Riverside Pools Manager, said: “Chelmsford has one of the highest rates of people swimming in the county and we’re keen for youngsters to get fit and have fun at the same time too.
"Fun sessions at Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre are also far safer than children playing in their back gardens in swimming pools, the sea or rivers, as our lifeguards are on-hand to ensure everyone enjoys the water safely."
