Changes to the time table from Chelmsford railway station will be out of use until after June 5.
Owing to a track defect, the points at the London end of Chelmsford Station will be out of use whilst a new part for the points is specially manufactured.
As the weekday morning peak trains that normally start from platform two are unable to use the route towards London, there will be a revised timetable in operation affecting our Mainline services, from Monday 11 May to Friday 5 June 2015 as follows:
05:40 Clacton on-Sea to Liverpool Street will terminate at Colchester
06:00 Ipswich to Liverpool Street will call additionally at Stratford
07:49 Chelmsford to Liverpool Street will depart from platform 1
08:00 Colchester Town to Liverpool Street will call additionally at Stratford
08:09 Chelmsford to Liverpool Street will depart from platform 1
08:30 Chelmsford to Liverpool Street will be cancelled throughout
Jamie Burles, Managing Director of Abellio Greater Anglia, and Richard Schofield, Route Managing Director of Network Rail, have apologised for any inconvenience.
