ESSEX County Council has launched a new phone app providing advice on healthy living.
Lifestyle Essex is aimed at both members of the public and professionals working with the public as part of their job.
It gives advice on issues including smoking, weight management, mental health, exercise, drugs and alcohol.
Chris French, council head of commissioning for public health, said: “Whether you want to make healthier choices such as giving up smoking or taking more exercise, or you want to help someone you know by signposting them to local support services, Lifestyle Essex is the place to go for up to date and local information.”
Search for Lifestyle Essex in the Android or iPhone app store.
