Waltham Abbey 0-4 Tilbury
From Capershotts

TILBURY thrashed Waltham Abbey 4-0 to return to winning ways and consolidate their position in the top half.
Gary Henty’s men romped to the three points thanks to strikes from Francis Babalola, Tony Martin, Ruben Duarte and Tom Wood in a game that was even matched for the first 40 minutes.
Babalola netted on the stroke of half-time to put the Dockers in front.
And some inspired words at the interval spurred Tilbury on, as they scored three more times without return.
Firstly, Martin finished from the penalty spot midway through the second period, before substitute Duarte scored his second in three games in the final 10 minutes – three minutes after coming on.
And it was another substitute who had the final say. Having only been on the field for 20 seconds Tom Wood found space to score Tilbury’s fourth – their 10th goal in the last three matches.
Tilbury: Giddens, Webb, Cook, Johnson, Smith, Game, Babalola (Duarte), Carlile, Richmond (Wood), Martin, Flack (Daniel)
