Open house at Chelmsford apartments this weekend
AN OPEN house event for part-buy, part-rent homes at the Switch, in Chelmsford city centre, is being held on Saturday.
The scheme, managed by charitable Essex-based housing association Colne, gives people struggling to get on the housing ladder an opportunity to become a home owner.
The apartments, built by Bellway, are nearing completion and you can buy a 25 per cent share with prices starting at £55,750, plus options to own up to 100 per cent.
