16-year-old accused of assault and criminal damage
A teenager has been charged with assault, criminal damage and theft after a disturbance in Chelmsford.
Police were called to Silvester Way shortly before 1am on Friday.
A police dog and handler detained a 16-year-old boy who was seen running from the area.
He was arrested and taken to Chelmsford police station, where he was subsequently charged.
The teen has been bailed to appear at Chelmsford Youth Court on Friday, March 13.
