Touching tributes and messages of support have been posted online by the friends of Ashley Woolley, before and after his funeral.
The celebration of Ashley's life was held on Monday at Chelmsford Cathedral.
Liz Court said: “Amazing show of love and support at Chelmsford Cathedral today from all Ash’s family and friends R.I.P.”
Emily Garlinge added: “Still think about you every day and the tragedy that happened.
"We all miss you to the moon and back.
“Promise we all won’t ever forget you, and we promise Monday will be very, very special. ”
Marie Mowling posted: “Beautiful service, for a beautiful soul” while Chloe Tutton wrote: “Tomorrow’s gonna be hard for so many.
"You’re gonna get the send-off you deserve.”
