POLICE in Chelmsford investigating a burglary at a house in The Limes are appealing for information.
The burglary happened at around 4.30am on Tuesday, January 13. Thieves broke in through a rear door and stole a watch and wallet before being disturbed by the occupants. The watch, pictured, is a gold Manis watch with a leather strap.
Investigating Officer Pc Ray Hull said: "I would like to speak to anyone who saw anybody acting suspiciously or any suspicious vehicles in the area. I would also urge anyone who may have been offered the watch for sale to get in contact."
