GET rid of your winter woes and get your toes tapping with a night of music and comedy. The Houghton Weavers will be bringing their vast range of musical instruments and comedic talent to the Cramphorn Studio, in Chelmsford, on Saturday for an intimate performance.

Audiences can join Tony Berry, lead singer and front man, David Littler on guitar, banjo, mandolin and vocals, and Steve Millington on keyboards, guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, accordion and vocals, for their highly-entertaining show, which is sure to wow folk fans and help you to laugh away those January blues.

Over the last three decades, the Houghton Weavers have released more than 30 albums and numerous DVDs and have several radio and television appearances to their credit, including their own series, Sit Thi Deawn.

The performances is perfect for fans of comedy and folk music as the Houghton Weavers interweave humour, jokes and anecdotes throughout their dazzling renditions of popular folk songs.
