Lions raise more than £7,700 for charity
Chelmsford Lions Club has thanked people in the city for their generosity over the festive period.
Santa visited a many streets throughout Chelmsford and donations topped £7,700 for local charities, including Brainwave and Families in Focus.
The group will hand out cheques to the charities at on Wednesday, January 28 at a Meet the Lions evening at its hall in Springfield Road.
