Company directors and executives can become jurors for the day at a mock trial highlighting the consequences of health and safety failings in the workplace.
Leading health and safety barristers and lawyers will present the prosecution and defence case, before the audience has the task of deciding whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty.
The trial, organised by the Essex branch of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, will take place at the Best Western Ivy Hill Hotel, near Chelmsford, on Wednesday, October 22.
