A HOMELESS man appeared in court again today for accused of murdering a charity volunteer.
Jose Correia Agrela, 29, appeared at Chelmsford Crown Courtearlier today.
He was arrested last Tuesday on the day Colin Evans, 39, was found stabbed to death in his flat in Broomfield Road.
An inquest has opened into death of Mr Evans as police probe continues.
Agrela, appearing unshaven and wearing a red custody jumper, simply spoke to confirm his name.
He was remanded in custody and is expected to plea at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday, December 1.
