A BLOGGER is to become the face of a health app – used by millions around the world.
Michelle Reeves, 41, of Great Baddow, was chosen after she and her husband lost four stone between them using Noom.
Michelle will now become a Noom Troop Expert and the face of the One Week with Noom Challenge, hoping her story will inspire its 11 million users worldwide.
Noom focuses on habit changing and coaching nutrition and exercise as a means for people to achieve their health targets. The mum-of-two said she put on almost three stone when she was pregnant, and when it wouldn’t shift it made her “cringe”.
It was when her husband Stewart put on weight, they both decided to do something about it.
She said: “Noom didn’t make me lose weight, I did. But Noom played a crucial role by helping me to create healthy habits like sensible portion sizes and being aware of my mindless eating – ‘hoovering’ up my little ones’ leftovers for example.
“I hope that by being an Expert I’ll inspire others to do the same."
