Virgin Media will offer speeds of up to 152Mb
INTERNET speeds that are said to be more than eight times faster than the national average have now arrived in Chelmsford.
Virgin Media told how it can now offer internet users speeds of 152Mb – the fastest in the UK. Virgin has said the speed is five times faster than competitors BT or Sky.
As part of the roll–out, new parental controls have been launched to help families stay safe online. Existing Virgin Media customers in Chelmsford will be offered the new speeds for free.
