A WOMAN from a Margaretting company came up trumps with a top sausage at a recent competition.
Emily Stockwell, of Durrants Farm, achieved the win at the event, organised by the East Essex Small Holders Group, for her special pork creation.
The competition was blind tasted, with sausages sampled and scored by all those attending.
