MARSH Farm is gearing up for the return of Kids Fest, which last year saw more than 9,000 children take over the site.

This year, organisers are expecting nearly 15,000 over the weekend of August 8-10, which will see Bob the Builder, Postman Pat, Rastamouse and Fireman Sam take to the stage and entertain the crowds.

Billed as “Glastonbury for kids”, it’s not just one stage full of amazing acts.

Hundreds of activities will take place over the weekend, which will include play, learning, creating and farm time fun.

There will be a whole range of inflatables, such as bouncy castles and bouncy slides, and the thrill of the funfair, including a helter skelter. There will be magic, mayhem and pesky pets, pirate battles and circus acts, dance workshops and rugby for tots.

And, of course, there will be the chance to meet the animals on the farm.

Tickets for the three-day extravaganza cost £25 and are available from www.marshfarm.co.uk/kidsfest or by calling 01245 321552.

Other tickets options are available at a higher price, which include further benefits, such as VIP parking.
