POLICE are appealing for help in tracing a woman they want to speak to in connection with the theft of a woman’s purse from Aldi supermarket in Chelmsford.
The purse was stolen from a shopping trolley on Friday, April 4, at around 11.15am. It belongs to an elderly woman and contained a small amount of cash and cards as well as sentimental photos of her husband.
One of the cards was then used at the Blackmore Co-Op in Ingatestone later that day for a small amount of money.
Police are looking to speak to the woman pictured in connection with the investigation.
