A TEENAGER from Chelmsford who had not been seen by her family since Friday has been found safe and well in Barking.
Courtney Anderson, 15, of Norfolk Drive, has been reunited by her family after being spotted by a member of the public in east London at 8.30pm yesterday.
She was found by officers with 23-year-old Luke Ratcliffe, who then ran away from the scene.
Ratcliffe was arrested and bailed last month until May 30 in connection with a similar incident involving Courtney, who was found in Barking again two weeks after she had been reported missing.
Police are now searching for Ratcliffe who is wanted for breaching bail conditions.
Anyone who has any information on Ratcliffe or his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101.
