THOUSANDS of pounds worth of items including jewellery and a child’s first tooth were stolen from a house in Chelmsford over the weekend.
Suspects broke into a house on Gunson Gate over Saturday night, and stole electrical items, cash, and jewellery - including a very distinctive silver links necklace as shown in the attached photograph, which is part of a set with earrings, rings and pendant.
They also took a child’s first tooth that had been saved.
Investigating officer Dc Ray Hull said: "Anyone who was in that area and witnessed any suspicious vehicles or people are asked to contact me.
“I also want to hear from anyone who has been offered the jewellery or iPads which are all inscribed with names.
Anyone who can help should contact Dc Hull at Chelmsford CID on 101 or given information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
