POLICE want to identify these night club revellers who may hold key information about a nasty assault in Chelmsford.
An 18-year-old from Southend was punched in the eye by a man following a disagreement about the victim’s girlfriend in the smoking area at Evoke nightclub on Market Road.
The attack happened between 2am and 3am on Sunday, March 23.
Paramedics initially treated the man at the scene for a serious eye injury, but he later received further medical treatment.
He does not recall the events from the night due to alcohol intoxication and the effects of the injuries he suffered.
Dc Danielle Markoutsis, the investigating officer, said: "This was clearly a hard punch administered by one of the men shown in the CCTV. We want to establish the events leading up to the disagreement and what was said.
“In order to do that, we need to identify and trace the men pictured. We think they are all aged in their early 20s.”
Anyone with information on the identity of the men shown in the image is urged to contact detectives at Chelmsford police station on 101.
