Accident causing delays on the A12
AN ACCIDENT involving two vehicles caused delays on the A12 at Chelmsford.
The collision happened on the northbound entry slip to the dual carriageway at Junction 19, Boreham shortly before 9.30am this morning.
One lane was blocked but the incident was dealt with by 10.45am.
*The Army and Navy flyover has reopened after being closed this morning due to a technical fault.
The flyover closed at around 6.30am. Delays on all approaches to the Army and Navy roundabout in the city centre had eased by 10.30.
