A man has been charged in connection with an assault at Brownstock music festival.

A 30-year-old man from the Chelmsford area suffered facial injuries at Stow Maries on Saturday, August 31 last year.

James Bowser, 25, of Crown Way, Southminster has been charged with wounding with intent and has been bailed to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on April 2.
