ANOTHER woman has come forward to say she had her breasts grabbed from behind by a man as she walked alone in Chelmsford.

The 31-year-old was approached by a male at about 1am on Saturday March 1 on Brook Street.

After being grabbed, the victim screamed and the culprit ran off from the scene.

Police investigating the matter are linking it with two similar incidents in the Bunny Walks area of the city.

During both, women walking by theirselves at night were grabbed by their breasts with the first happening on Friday January 10 and the next on Saturday March 8.

Chelmsford district commander Chief Insp Ronnie Egan said patrols are being stepped up following the three reports in a bid to ease fears.

"Incidents of this nature and sexual assaults by strangers are extremely rare in Chelmsford," she said.

"Our town remains one of the safest places in the county.

"I would urge anybody that has any information about them to contact my officers in Chelmsford on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
