POLICE have issued a warning to women in Chelmsford not to walk home alone after two separate indecent assaults.
Both happened on pathways near the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre and saw a man grab women's breasts from behind.
The first incident happened at some point between 9pm and 9.15pm on Friday January 10 when the culprit came up from behind the victim and put his arms around her chest.
Nearly two months later on Saturday March 8, another woman was assaulted in similar fashion along Riverside Walk, opposite the Riverside Inn pub.
In both cases the man fled the scene after the victims shouted at him.
Although neither were injured, the woman were left shaken by the incidents.
Anyone with information about either assault is urged to contact Pc Andy Cox at Chelmsford police station on 101.
