A MAN has appeared in court in connection with the death of a pensioner found with serious head injuries at a caravan park.
Garry Poore was charged with the murder of 68-year-old Ronald Mayne following an incident at the park in West Hanningfield on March 5.
No charges were put to 75-year-old Poore when he appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday and the case was adjourned.
Poore, of Stock Road, Billericay, will return to court for a plea and case management hearing on May 14.
