A MAN is facing trial in the summer on rape and indecent assault charges.

Wesley Eselojor, denied two rape charges and three of indecent assault when he made a brief appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday, March 3.

The 49-year-old from Belvawney Close, Melbourne, Chelmsford, will return to court in August for his trial and has been granted bail until then.

The alleged assaults took place between August 1998 and August 2002 and involved a girl aged 13 at the time of the first alleged sex assault.
