A CAMPAIGN has been launched in Chelmsford to remove super-strength booze from local off-licence shelves.
The Safer Chelmsford Partnership has set up their Reduce The Strength which will ask shop owners to remove cheap high-alcohol content beer.
It is hoped the project will help reduce alcohol related crime in the city and follows a similar scheme in Ipswich.
