A MAN is facing a trial on three reckless arson charges.
Ian Naismith denied the charges when he made a brief appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday February 17 and the case was adjourned until April.
Naismith, 48, Rutland Road, Chelmsford, was granted bail until then.
He denies destroying a shed and contents, a fence panel and trampoline worth £300, a dog kennel, workshop and tools worth £2,760.
The alleged incidents took place on June 5 last year at other addresses in Rutland Road, the court heard.
