CHILDREN will have the chance to look for hidden clues at Essex Police Museum from a historic murder case.
The Solve the Moat Farm Murder day is being held at the venue inside Essex Police’s headquarters in Kingston Crescent, Springfield, on Saturday.
Youngsters will get the chance to collect evidence based on the murder of Camille Holland in Clavering, near Colchester, in 1903.
The clues will be in jigsaw puzzle form and a prize will be given for the correct answer.
Alongside the whodunnit activity, actual artefacts from the case including Miss Holland’s show and her pet dog Jacko will be on display to visitors.
Doors will be open from 10am to 4pm with children aged over five being able to take part with a £1 entry fee.
