A MAN has been charged with supplying class A drugs to someone who later died in a Chelmsford public toilet block.
Benjamin English, 29, who lives just off Parkway, Chelmsford, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on February 12 to answer the charge.
The arrest relates to the death of Steven Hiskey on October 21 last year.
The 27-year-old of St Nazaire Road, Melbourne, was found dead inside the toilets opposite Evoke nightclub.
A number of loving floral tributes were left outside the scene where Mr Hiskey died.
English who is unemployed has been granted police bail until his court appearance.
