Teenager charged over V Fest drugs offence
A 17-YEAR-OLD has been charged today with possession of cocaine with intent to supply at V Festival in August.
Police arrested the male on August 17 during the first day of the festival in Hylands Park, Chelmsford.
After answering bail yesterday at Chelmsford Police Station, he is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on February 5 to answer the charge.
