Exercise class for members of osteoporosis society
AN EXERCISE class has been organised for members of Mid Essex Support Group of the National Osteoporosis Society.
Teacher Sandy Trott from Third Age Leisure Activities will be putting people through their paces at at St Augustine of Canterbury Church Hall in Beardsley Drive, Springfield.
The class will start at 2.30pm on Monday, January 27, and for more information call Pat Turner on 01245 251780.
